Is this a physical product?

No. All products are digital downloads. Nothing physical is shipped.

How do I get my files?

After payment is confirmed (via Etsy, once live), your files are available to download instantly. Download on a web browser — the Etsy app does not support file downloads for digital items.

What software do I need?

A PDF reader for PDF forms, Excel or Google Sheets for the spreadsheet, and Word or Google Docs for the editable templates. Each product page states exactly what is included.

Can I use the templates for my own business?

Yes — use and customize them for your own business, as many times as you need. The files themselves may not be resold, shared, sublicensed, redistributed, or uploaded as competing templates.

What if a file won’t open?

Message us (see Contact) and we will help — fix it or work with you on a solution.

Can I return a digital product?

Because these are digital files, all sales are final once downloaded. See the Refund Policy for the full terms.

Are these legal or insurance documents?
