Refund Policy — Digital Downloads

Delivery

All products are digital downloads. No physical product will be shipped. After payment is confirmed, files are available to download instantly (via Etsy, once live). Download on a web browser — the Etsy app does not support file downloads for digital items.

Returns, exchanges, and cancellations

Because these are digital files, all sales are final once downloaded, and returns, exchanges, and cancellations are not accepted for instant-download items.

If a file won’t open, won’t download, or doesn’t match its product description, message us and we will help — fix it or work with you on a solution.

Use of the files

Your purchase permits use and customization for your own business, as many times as you need. The files may not be resold, shared, sublicensed, redistributed, or uploaded as competing templates.

Payment

Payment is through Etsy Payments at checkout (once the shop is live).
